At Sleeve Technology, we take the cybersecurity of our products seriously. This page applies to security vulnerabilities affecting Sleeve Technology machines, software and related digital components.

Report a security vulnerability

Please report potential security vulnerabilities to:

To help us investigate your report, please include:

• The affected machine, product or software component
• Machine type and serial number, if available
• Software or firmware version, if applicable
• A description of the vulnerability and its potential impact
• Relevant technical details or steps to reproduce the issue

Please do not include unnecessary personal, confidential or production data.

Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure policy (CVD)

We support the responsible reporting and coordinated disclosure of potential security vulnerabilities. Reported vulnerabilities should be shared confidentially with Sleeve Technology while they are being investigated and addressed.

When investigating or reporting a potential vulnerability, please:

• Avoid disrupting machines, production processes, systems or services
• Do not access, modify, delete or copy data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability
• Do not use a vulnerability for unlawful purposes or personal or financial gain
• Coordinate any public disclosure with Sleeve Technology
• Provide sufficient information for us to investigate the issue

Sleeve Technology will assess reported vulnerabilities and take appropriate measures where required.

Security support

Sleeve Technology provides a 10-year security support period for its applicable products. During this period, we address identified security vulnerabilities and provide appropriate security updates or mitigation measures where required.
