Steam Tunnel HSS6000W

The Sleeve Technology HSS6000W Steam Tunnel is a high-quality steam tunnel, perfect for shrinking full body sleeves or full body with tamper evident (guaranty seal) sleeves at high speeds. The nozzles of this six-section tunnel can be easily adjusted by using the volumetric and pressure gauges from the outside. Different from the standard HSS6000 steam tunnel is that this steam tunnel contains windows and LED Lighting to visually see the shrink process. For quick product change-over, the nozzle height and width are adjustable from the outside. Next to that, the tunnel is excellently isolated by using double sheeting and the excess water or steam is drained by drip trays and two exhaust fans. The tunnel is made from a fully polished stainless-steel housing which is robust and very hygienic. In other words, this tunnel in combination with a Sleeve Technology applicator (other sleeve applicators are also possible) will provide reliable and constant shrinking results for years.

This steam tunnel is available in different sizes depending on your production speed:
HSS6000 with 6 sections-> up to 800bpm*
HSS4000 with 4 sections-> up to 300bpm*
HSS3000 with 3 sections-> up to 200bpm*
