  • Installation and Setup:

  • Maintenance and Repairs:
    • Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed systems.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
    • Repair or replace faulty components to minimize downtime.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Interact professionally with customers during service visits.
    • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
    • Foster positive relationships to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of service visits, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
    • Generate detailed reports for internal tracking and customer communication.
  • Travel and On-Site Work:
    • Be prepared for extensive travel, as approximately 80% of this role involves visiting customer sites.
    • Adapt to varying work environments and schedules.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Relevant technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
    • Prior experience in field service, technical support, or related roles is advantageous.
